This individual will provide first-in-class support to our wide customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
In addition to individual short and long-term responsibilities, the CSR will be working with a team to complete daily tasks.
Being both customer-centric and a team player is pivotal to the CSR's success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Handling the demands of a fast-paced work environment Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email Handling inquiries ranging from order status, general product information and pricing Becoming an expert of our product offering Processing orders and returns Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as necessary Must successfully complete CSR onboarding (approx.
3 months) YOUR SKILLS:
The right person for this role is a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
The following are also required:
High School Diploma required - Associates degree and customer service experience or inbound call center preferred Effective time management skills Must be able to work independently Must be able to thrive in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills - A cover letter is recommended Highly organized Ability to problem solve and critically think Ability to learn systems, process and product Must have strong attention to detail/be highly accurate Advanced experience and skills with computers/technology Enthusiastic, dependable and open to a fast-paced environment YOUR
